"That's a critical question for Judge Roberts: Can he unite America for the future?"

What a bizarre thing to say. Said by Senator Kennedy.

How thoughtful, Senator Kennedy, to acknowledge the runious nature of your harsh political style. However, asking for Roberts to issue the corrective seems beyond his job description. Have you considered a good therapist Senator.

Where are Al Capp and Jack Kelly when you need them?

I tried to help, but not even the Hartford Advocate, quoting from the Dead and Buried in New England can find Al Capp. And Jack Kelly seems to be doing quite well as a professor of Chemical Physics at Kent State. And he’s practically a separated at birth for Peter Gallagher.

This post is brought to you by the committee for the obtuse.

Regarding our government, dreams for America's future, and the hearings: more grounded in reality than Senator Kennedy's expectations may be Sen. Graham's: "I just hope we don't break down into a partisan food fight."
