"Solidarity singers hijack Scott Walker's 'Unintimidated' book title."

The Capital Times can't get enough of fawning over Wisconsin protesters. You'd think someone would have noticed that the "hijack" metaphor lacks the intended cuteness on September 11th.

How much does it pay to be a Solidarity singer?....and who writes the check?

They think only of themselves.

In order to see that "hijack" was inappropriate, you'd have to be politically astute, which lets these protesters off.

You would also think that the reaction of Capitol Police bulls to the constant raising of a red flag in their faces by a singing group (more interested in politics than song) would be better understood by these singing radicals.

My guess is the property damage to the state capitol building that resulted from wanton criminal acts by protesters was far worse than the relatively few harassments attributable to capitol cops.

But Hey! It is clever and more important to "hijack" a book title in order to satisfy the small-minded Solidarity Singers. Are we to believe that these fools and The Cap Times do not know that book titles - and song titles for that matter - are not copyrightable?

Does anyone care about those Socialist Fogies and their singing, even inside Madison?

They also "hijacked" Bucky Badger. More here.

I guess the teachers in Kenosha couldn't hear the singing from so far away.

"Singing to the choir" is the new courage, folks.

The Cap Times has been relegated to a second string weekly throw away. They could not compete in the daily market and they are failing in the weekly market. Does anyone even pick that rag up for anything other than bird cage liner or fire starting?

There _were_ death threats against Walker and actual violence against other Republicans during that unpleasantness, so I think the title "Unintimidated" is pretty valid. And "highjack," as it relates to the protesters isn't too far off the mark, either.

Whatever the public employee pension pays and you and I are writing the check, as will our children and grandchildren.

Walker has stopped the arrests of singers this week, maybe the embarrassing spectacle of cops handcuffing little old ladies in front of visitors and international delegations wasn't going over very well. Nothing says you're "unintimidated" quite like arresting the Raging Grannies!

Is Walker out of jail already? Seems like I remember someone here talking about how his indictment was just around the corner. What ever happened to that guy?
