"It seems an unusual time to embark on a career of multiple rape."

"He certainly didn't come across as a violent man, not in the least. Julian [Assange] was clearly preparing to release more sensitive documents."

On the other hand, he does seem like a man who has a certain fan base, and is extremely confident about the rightness of his position on things.

How is he different than some Congresman who harasses his staff attempting to get laid?

Both women knew him well. It is unlikely that this was an externally arranged dirty trick IMHO.

More likely they all run in the same circles and the withdrawal of one accusation was because somebody got to the second woman.

Nonsense on the onspiracy theories--these women know him well. The question is why were the charges withdrawn. The article doesn't say. Pressure on the women to withdraw charges?

Clinically, he could be a malignant narcissist of the Ted Kosinski variety, and thus capable of rape. Need more information.

Since he's okay with seeing Afghans murdered to achieve his goals, I see nothing wrong with him going to prison for a long time on false charges to put a stop to him. Make him live his "ends justifies the means" philosophy.

Sure, but the same could be said of President Bill Clinton.

The link is broken. Can it be because his arrest warrant has already been canceled?

The charges were dropped after the young moose refused to testify.

The guy is clearly a sociopath so it would not be surprising in the least if he were a rapist. Apparently he and the Taliban share a similar opinion towards women.

If Assange were a movie character he would be trying to kill Bruce Willis.

Amusing that he got hit by a viral rumor like that.

Is he being silenced by the Obama administration or the powers that be to shut him up?
Remember the critic of Tony Blair that killed himself during the downing memo incident in Britain? Or was he MURDERED?
Remember Watergate and how the burglars were caught after breaking into the watergate hotel trying to dig up dirt on the guy who released the Pentagon Papers (Which actually implicated previous admins and not Nixon)?
Remember Scott Ritter being accused of being a child molester?
Is this Obama's version of silencing his enemies? Say it ain't so.
(By the way, in the interest of fairness, if he is being targeted it couldn't happen to a more deserving person)

DIe Hard 5. More enemies from McClain's past bring him out of retirement for one last case. This time its the cousin on his mothers side of the guy played by Alexander Gudonov in the first movie.
Those swedes really hold a grudge. Assange makes Mclane go on a wild goose chase by leaking pertinent info on Wikileak about bombs going off around the city and the identity of undercover cops. But it's all actually a ruse, as he's REALLY trying to steal the gold in wall street.
