Al Gore has probably made more money (or that we know of for certain) selling the "global warming" message, for this service receiving payments mainly from foreign governments.
There are others. John Kerry and Joe Biden also aided their sons in their foreign ventures, in China for instance, etc. The Bush relationship with the House of Saud may yield some insights, should that ever be clarified, and I'm not optimistic. Sometimes things remain speculative forever.

Yet I have often thought Trump had discovered her health issues and decided to take a shot at running for office. Trump often took pot shots at her as if he wanted to goad her into following his frenetic pace on the road, just to watch her collapse (like she did at the 9-11 ceremony) The other reason why I think we will find out is i think the fabled clinton luck has dried up. In a week where a famous man died who had a serious disability that did not prevent his accomplishments, there was another Hillarious event where a political loser used cultural appropriation to try to cover up a minor injury.
